Cancelling my account

Hi,

I am having on-going issues trying to contact plusnet regarding termination of my contract.

I am moving abroad in Nov, and I would like to having everything tied up when I leave. The online chat is never working, and I have tried multiple times to call; at one point I was on hold for over 30 minutes.

 

There must be a more efficient way for me to notify you via email in order to cancel?

There's no email option but you could use the good old Royal Snail Mail http://www.plus.net/support/pdf/plusnet_cancellation_form.pdf

Seems mad in this day and age that a letter will be the quickest most effective way of contact but i'll give it a shot.

Have you tried the cancellations team direct number 0800 013 2632? After choosing from residential and business pick the I'm thinking of leaving option. They are open 8am to 8pm during the week.
