I've been having issues following a switch from BB to Fibre - it should've gone through yesterday, and then when I called up this morning an engineer was scheduled to come tomorrow as they thought there was a fault.
It has now started working and everything is fine, but I cannot get through to cancel the engineer visit. Can anyone help?
