Cancelled over 2 weeks ago, and internet still running !!

Cancelled my account over 2 weeks ago, told I would be disconnected 30/10/2017 ,, I have left the property.. I am not prepared to pay for any internet, why is it still connected !?///

Try & disconnect; I had that too for a few days, when I defected. When I tried to reconnect my log in was rejected.

yes, A friend is renting my property while I travel, i asked her to connect and see if still connected, and yes it is. i even had to pay extra to have it disconnected from my property so why can she still sign on and use it, !
