Cancellation query

Hi,
I had called the plusnet cancellation department for cancellation of my broadband (I have got the connection for my friend, and now he is leaving UK). The chap on the phone confirmed that the account is due to be de-activated on 18th Sept, but I have not received any confirmation e-mail as such. Is there any way I can get this e-mail?

If you have access to his account details look for closed tickets
