Cancellation of contract
Today I have been trying to give 2 weeks notice to cancel my broadband service from the 10th of April, thus giving the required 2 weeks notice after a frustrating delay in my being able to confirm my relocation date. In the current, admittedly very difficult circumstances, it appears none of your phone lines are being answered, or even going to a queuing system, and the chat bot is not at all helpful. How do I get action from you on this request, please?
