Cancelation

I have been on hold on the phone for 20 min, on an 0845 number with no answer.  I want to cancel my account.
How long should I have to wait before I can get to speak to somebody.

Without wanting to sound rude but the answer is 'as long as it takes'. Why not phone them back on the 0800 number?
Alternatively, you could send an email

I diidnt know there was an 0800  number thanks for the heads up. They wont accept email for cancelation.

There isn't, except for support.
0330 123 9197 also gets to cancellations and is included IIRC in most "free call" packages.
