Can you nudge up my Plusnet profile please

my BT profile is 1.32 my PN profile is 1.1 my current modem stats are :-

Any disconnections within the last week have been as a result of me resetting the router to try and get my PN profile to increase, without much success  :(.

I adjusted your speed profile to match your IP profile. You will see your increase within the next 4 hours.

Good Morning PN,
after that change my PN profile is now 0.9 and my BT profile is now 1.08 
Obviously I didn't keep my fingers crossed enough.

Morning Ian,
There was a disconnection on your line at 1.45 this morning and your speed synced at a lower speed.
I have adjusted your profile again as it appears your sync speed has increased.
If it still hasn't improved, then I'd suggest trying a PPP disconnection, login to your router and click disconnect, then power down your router and leave for a few minutes and power back on. You will then need to login to your router again and click connect.
