No other website or game is having a problem and my internet connection is perfectly fine.

Please don't move this to the "Gaming" section, it seems that nobody from Plusnet bothers to answer anything in there anymore.

FIne for me, kind of. seems to be running like a dog.

It seems that this has only started since Plusnet moved me over to something called 21CN.  Something, I hasten to add, that they did without asking my permission.  Now I can't play a game that I pay money to play.  Are Plusnet going to reimburse me the money they've cost me for my subscription to WoW?

Seems to be running OK for me now.

You can get moved back to Max, just state 21cn isn't stable especially if they moved you without asking.
