Can't connect to Broadband?!

Received an email to notify that my broadband went live yesterday morning, however it's still unable to connect. I just get the orange light and flashing red 'B'.

Phone services work okay. I've tried all the suggestions: swapping micro-filter, master socket, resets etc. to no avail.

Despite repeated attempts I still can't get through on the phone to the tech support. Can someone please help?!

Hi. I have the same issue as you. I have just managed to get through after 2 days. I rang the 0800 432 0200 number and chose options 2113. But after several resets and tests it's still not working. He updated the issue ticket stating that Open Reach should be in contact within 72 hours. Not a good start for a new customer. Hope this helps a little.
