Can't connect my HP Wifi printer to new router

Just had a new router from Plusnet, but I can't get my printer to connect with it.  I've got all the router details but I'm just not sure where to start.  Can anyone help please?

Hmm, according to the manual on this link the auto-wireless option is only available for 120 minutes after you first set the printer up, for reasons best known to HP.  Are you able to connect it initially via USB?  (you don't have to keep it connected this way, but just for setup purposes)?

Yes, I connected it with a USB cable this morning and was able to print.

OK.  Have you tried the following?:
Change from a USB connection to a wireless network
1. From the computer’s start menu select All Programs or Programs, and then select HP.
2. Select HP Deskjet 3050A J611 series
3. Select Printer Setup and Software Selection.
4. Select Convert a USB connected printer to wireless. Follow the onscreen instructions.
