Seeing exactly the same issues here on a 40/10 Fibre circuit since yesterday evening. It is also affecting windows updates and virus definitions for Security essentials.
This has to be in my view a PN issue, as connecting each of the two laptops I have here with the problem to a 3G hotspot allows me to download the file in a few seconds.
Anyone from Plusnet monitoring this thread and like to comment?
