https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=42299
However, I simply cannot download using WaterFox and when downloaded using I.E. I'm getting 12Kbs per second that's going to take 12H+ to complete!
Am I the only one?

This causes a silent warning in Chrome (indicated by the little shield next to the favourite star on the right of the address bar)
Fire/Waterfox may have a similar indicator.
Enabling these 'insecure' scripts enables the download.

I got passed the popup blocker myself and I've just tried it again and I get this (see image).
I then called Head Office and asked them to do and they could did it <10 minutes! (Tiscali Fibre).
So what gives? Is this down to PlusNet?

Indicating 2hr 21min on a BT business ADSL line here (about 13Mb/s line speed).
At any given moment in the universe many things happen. Coincidence is a matter of how close these events are in space, time and relationship.

ftp> 871827938 bytes received in 1.07e+03 seconds (817549 bytes/s)
This is weird, I'm no network guru so not really sure what's going on, but I do know that my original attempt should have completed in a comparable time.
