It depends on what you need to raise a ticket about. Normally, you just follow the relevant route through the Help Assistant until you arrive at where you want to be. However, on a lot of the Help Assistant pages there's a direct link to "Ask a Question" which by-passes all the "hoops". Trouble with that is, that your question may not land in the correct support pool and thus create a delay in receiving a reply. See the snapshot below for the direct link.
