Can someone please take a peak at my open ticket?

Hi
I have an open ticket #85548365 where I am asking my plusnet sync to be adjusted to match my current BT sync (details in ticket). 
Does anyone know if the plusnet sync should adjust automatically both up and down? because mine always seems to get stuck when my line sync improves but does change automatically when it goes down :-\.

Hi Rafelev,
Taken a look at the ticket for you,
Speed estimate : 18000
Current sync : 25800
Plusnet profile : 24200 (due to overhead on sync)
Your speed test shows 23510 but you did have other data transferring at the time of your speed test, about 150MB uploaded and 1200MB on download which is where the variance will be coming from, either that or a wireless connection maybe? cant see any profile miss matches anywhere sorry.
