Can someone have a look at a ticket id:30202179 i raised last night - it would be nice if it was sorted out before the billing run.

As I said in the ticket - thanks James. 
For anyone else - I moved from the old PAYG product to Unlimited (swayed by the change in contract terms) and was confused by the email sent when the upgrade went through (it mentioned £14.67 rather than £11.99). James advised that it was due to PAYG being old, and the change route being via another product, hence the odd price quoted.
