Re: Can someone give the Usergroup Server a kick - seems fixed

It's been a tad fragile lately - falls over for no apparent reason.  It must be very intermittent this afternoon as I was logged on until about 16:00 then stopped for a Coffee.  Came back and no service.
Seems OK now though?

Hi all,
The usertools box has been a bit temperamental recently, but we've got a problem raised on it now. Further updates will be made as and when we have them, and sorry for the hassle.

Yes. I've just rung CS to let them know. They've seen the problem and are taking necessary action.

Hi David,
Yes thanks for your call. We are monitoring this and as Matt has stated we are aware of the problems it is having. The server hosts other services and these are being watched to see if they are impacted as well.

Re: Can someone give the Usergroup Server a kick - seems fixed

I've just spoken to Customer Services again to see if we can get this problem 'fixed' rather than 'monitored'. The forums and usertools have been down for around 11 hours now. Sad

Looks like that table corruption again.  I'm talking to Colin, but there isn't any official support for that box out of hours afaik.

And I cannot seem to be able to access it from this account to be able to give it a kick?
