Can someone confirm an installation for me please

Hi there,
can anyone from Plus Net confirm for me that my in-laws installation is still happening this Friday 24th in the morning.  The reason I ask is that I am going to have to set the router up for them and it will involve a 6 hour round trip for me.  I don't want to book my train (dropped my wife's mobility scooter and bust my wrist so I can't drive) only to find out that it has been cancelled.
Their account name is Taffyland.

Yes, I've just checked that appointment and it looks fine.

Cool, fingers crossed Royal Snail get it to them on time as that only gave them 48 hours to deliver it.
