Can someone at PN please nudge my PN profile up

Hi,
managed to get the  BT Speedtester to work today after 3 days of not working,
I was trying to obtain a BT profile following a change of router.
PN profile is lower so could it be changed, up to 1.3 would be a big help.

Hi Dvvrue95,
I have checked your sync rate and it is currently at 1148KB/s, so your profile rate of 1000kb/s is correct.
Your sync rate has dropped slightly, is there anything that you have changed internally?

Hi Chris,
as you say profile has improved a little.
As per my previous post I changed my router
from my (old) trusty BT Voyager 2110 to a brand new Netgear DGN 2200M
on 23-24 /09, so I guess you could say that was an internal change 
I must say looking between the two router stats the noise margin on download
appears to have jumped from about 6.5db to 9.5db, I will leave things with the Netgear
connected for a few days to see if the line settles down. Otherwise it may be a revert to
the Voyager router.
