Can plusnet tell me line drop statisitcs

Hi
For 4 or 5  years I had a rock steady connection. Connecting at 8128, with maximum profile 7xxx something.
Then a couple of months ago, something changed. I was getting noise on the phone line (which mostly went away), and my line speed dropped. Things seemed to improve, and I am now getting connection speeds back at 8128 consistently. However, my profile varies between low 5000's, and high 6000's - it never reaches maximum.
I suspect I am getting some line drops which is causing this.
Is it possible for plus net to show me how often I am losing connection? Or is there any other way to monitor it?

I didn't see your message back on the 19th
Your connection looks relatively okay - 4 drops in the last seven days, with the current connection having been established for the last 2d23h35m.

Any idea then why my profile won't go up to 8000 (not that it makes any real difference - it is just an irritation)

7150 is the highest profile.

I'm pretty certain my BRAS Profile used to be 8000.
Could be wrong though - it has been known

To get a profile of 8000 you need to sync between 9088 and 10207
