Is it possible to to a BT Homehub 5 rather than my plusnet supplied router ?
Have been with PN for 2 years and recently my other half has had problems with work VPN connectivity (Juniper VPN); mine works fine but is different software. work tech support are saying is a known issue with the plusnet router not negotiating the secure connection (dont have exact details to hand) and have closed the case saying not their problem.
We know it worked fine before when we were on BT using their hub.
Thoughts ?
