Hi
Just spoke to tech support to get an snr reset, told they could not do it, is that correct? , would have to go to faults to be investigated.
As i explained and i have stable line ( any disconnects are from myself) (which the agent agreed with), but my noise margin has risen to 12db, giving a lower sync and ip profile
Can someone from DC give me a SNR reset please , ticket ID #66076343
Regards
Mike

Hi,
I can get that sorted out for you. Can you think of any reason as to why your SNR has risen to 12db? Perhaps a noise spike or something causing a little bit of interference.
Edit:
That SNR Reset has been successful
