Can anyone explain why this month there are serious broadband problems
Not just Plusnet but anyone around here Kent I ask have internet connection problems specially this month on all providers, connection drops, speed drop, and phone lines aren't clear there is crackling noise at random times. There is a serious problem with internet but no one gives a proper answer why it is happening as things got worse this month. Anyone has any news about why?
