Can a rep plese check this ticket?

Can someone please check ticket number 51736311? It's a speed issue following an ADSL2+ upgrade that I think I've resolved but Line Profile seems to be stuck and I'd like to make sure it's sorted before I leave their house.

The Digital Care guys usually patrol the forum Monday to Friday during office hours.
You may be lucky if one is doing a bit of extra duty.
