Can a PN rep check my upgrade request please?

About a week or so ago I went to the Change My Product page and requested changing to the faster FTTC product (60/20) with 250Gb allowance. The page told me the speed would change sometime between now and my next billing date (when the allowance would change).
I've checked my Account and even the Change My Product page, and it all indicates that I'm still on the 40/10 (well, 40/1.6) product, and even invites me to upgrade and choose the 60/20 one.
There's no indication there that an upgrade is actually in progress.  Is it?

Hi there,
You are scheduled to changed on the 14th October, your product will then be the upto 76MB/s download speed and 250GB of usage per month.
If you have any questions with this please let me know.
