Can a CSC Raise my IP profile please! Im stuck at 4500kbps

Hello, I moved house nearly a month ago now and had my BB switched but need my IP profile changing back to what it was:
BT Speedtester results.
Download speedachieved during the test was - 3715 Kbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 600-7150 Kbps.
Additional Information:
Your DSL Connection Rate :8128 Kbps(DOWN-STREAM), 448 Kbps(UP-STREAM)
IP Profile for your line is - 4500 Kbps
My connection is stable, it was up for over 167 hours before I just rebooted to get my Sync back to normal (from 5600kbps to 8128kbps)
Im only 200meters from the exchange and everything is okay apart from the download speed (still after reboot 300-400kpbs)
Also at my previous house I had the extra double upload/traffic priority at the exchange, is it possible to put this back please. My account is my forum username: volta84
Slightly Off topic but I switched to plusnet home phone as well, is there anywhere I can see a tariff for phone calls as i've been using it quite a bit.

It will take the IP profile about 3 days to recover and Plusnet can't help.

If you want to upgrade to Premium - raise a ticket
But if you only want the higher upload speeds - is your exchange 21CN enabled and are you on Extra or Pro because with those you can get much better upload and download speeds for no extra cost

So I take it I just wait, without rebooting my router and it will automatically go up? One of the CSC guys in my ticket tried to explain something like this to me but I didn't really understand.
I'm an serious online gamer, and play many online tournaments for money so need the best I can get. The upload speed is pretty vital when hosting games. Im currently on 20cn Pro package. Can't get ADSL2 sadly
I also checked my interleaving:

Were you already paying the extra £7.83 for Max Premium? If so make sure they refund for the time you are without it!

John - As far as I know, Max Premium has never been requested on this line.
@Volta84 - I've just run a quick check on your line and we're still waiting on BT to amend your profile I'm afraid.

The mystery deepens!
James has said that he can find no record of Max Premium on your account. I presume that also means that there's no extra charges on your previous invoices. So were you on Max Premium since November as an accident of having migrated in from IDNET with Max Premium already on your line? (I noted that in your reply to Peter you said "@pierre_pierre: Im on the +Max addon package that costs about 8 quid extra a month for the extra upload speed" - not that you were actually paying the extra!)
If so I think I would have quietly ordered Max Premium following your move and kept quiet about the past! Let's just hope they don't back bill you for 6 months @ £7.83!
