please change my speed's back upto 4500 as that's what it was before I downgraded to option 2 then upgraded back to option 3, as i was getting lovely steady 4.2 mbps speeds until saturday's change over.

What are you syncing at to the exchange as that determines your speed, not PlusNet.

You're actually still on a 4.5MB profile our side, can you let us know what sync speed you are getting, or run a BT Speedtest for me please?

I was most definately only on a 4 mb profile when i posted..
BT speedtest....
Test1 comprises of Best Effort Test: -provides background information.
IP profile for your line is - 4500 kbps
DSL connection rate: 448 kbps(UP-STREAM) 5568 kbps(DOWN-STREAM)
Actual IP throughput achieved during the test was - 3614 kbps
Profile now does state 4.5 mbps
