Hi
My fibre went dead on Friday afternoon (voice line also died for an hour - then came back with a flashing DSL light on the modem).
I'm happy to say this morning that I have a Fibre connection again, but it looks like interleaving is on as my ping is very high and speed has dropped from 60 Mbps to 42 Mbps.
My question is should I close the outstanding question or update it? I presume that once the line has resettled after after a few days DLM will restore my ping & line speed.
Please advice - thanks

Personally, I would update the ticket; the speed is markedly reduced. The last thing that you want right now is to have the current fault closed off and then have to start the whole fault process again to get the speed restored to what it was.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Thatnks townman - I'll do that so at least the ticket will remain open. My gut feeling is that the speed will return to normal after a few days - I guess I could then close the ticket.
