Can Plusnet raise my profile please?

I have a constant connection of 7.2MB, not sure why my ip profile has dropped to 6MB. Restarted the router today after 11 days of steady 7.2Mb sync, but no change unfortunately.

Download speedachieved during the test was - 4148 Kbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 600-7150 Kbps.

Unfortunately the IP Profile that goes with a sync speed of 7264kbps is 6000kbps. You need to sync at 7392kbps or higher to get an IP Profile of 6500kbps (link).
