Can My Upstream Be Increased?

Hi,
I work from home a lot and need to shift files back up our VPN for work but my upstream speed is limiting this slightly.
My connection is fine, I recently gained an extra mb down by swapping from the old Netgear ADSL router I had to a Draytek Vigor.
I get a constant 5 1/2mb down but only around 200-250kb up ?
I seem to remember reading that upstream is limited for some reason, but I came to Plusnet from SKY LLU and had well over 700kb up with them?
Obviously I don't want to break my good down results but could do with a little more up.

Raise a ticket requesting your upload be uncapped.
