Can I keep my static IP when moving from Premier to Fibre?

Well not necessarily the same IP, I'm not that attached to those particular numbers.

But I want to stay static. Is that possible? If so, how do I go about requesting it?

A tortoise? What's that?

Hi,
Yes, you can keep the static IP. It should remain on the account throughout the change so keep the same one.
