Can I have my speed back please....

Hi all.  I have just hit my limit and have been put on slo-mo mode.  Heres my situation.....
On December 30th my youngest son, 22, was hit by a landrover.  He was seriously injured and his friend was killed instantly in the accident.  My son recently came out of hospital and is going to be fine eventualy.  However due to the fact he cant get about to easy at the moment, a friend donated her PC to him. 
As you can imagine this has increased my usage considerably.  I have just upgraded my account to the 80gb to account for the extra useage, hopefuly this will be enough.  I was wondering if it would be possible to get my speed back to normal for the last few days of the month as it is very difficult to use for anything at the moment.
