Can I get an update on my ticket please?

I logged a fault call on Thursday (#142716516) and apart from someone posting that it has been escalated to the correct team for review 19mins after logging it I haven't heard anything. Currently we have a connection of 1100 MB and download speeds of around 250MB.

I've just been looking in to this. It's not actually a fault, I'm afraid that when the order for your new address was placed it was done so wrong and you were put on to a fixed speed product. I'm placing the order to correct that and it should complete overnight.

No problem, the order is showing as complete so if you're not seeing the faster speeds yet it might be worth a single reboot of the router.
