Can I Have a Pofile Nudge Pleae

Hi ( me again)
Can I have yet another profile nuge.
BT Speedchecker profiles me at 1.89Mbps, PN is at 1.4Mbps.
Also can someone have a quick look at my line stats as I am still having at least one resyc EVERY day........which in turn is knocking my PN Profile down. I really must next week raise a follow on fault from my problems earlyer in the year.

Hi,
Not sure we'd be too happy about resetting someone's SNR if the line is dropping - if we do, it'll retrain at the lower speed that it keeps dropping back to I'm afraid.

No-one from PN has ever said or mentioned this before?
I am confused......is an SNR reset the same thing as alining my PN Profile with the one that BT and my router set for my line?  I am confused....very confused.
I thought with 21cn technology you profile was always set at 88.2% of your sync speed?....and the PN should sort of mirror the BTWS one?
If this is the case (what you are saying)....Do I need to raise  another fault ticket.....leading from historic ticket 54618188
What is my line looking like out of interest?
Please can you advise.

Eep, sorry about that - profile duly nudged to 1900 (though it's still showing at 1411 on the side of things we get our reports from, hence the lack of update). Misread the request there.

Out of interest can you see what my target SNR is currently set at?

It's set to 6 at the moment (currently reporting as 6.5 on BTs side of things).
