Hi,
We have had a broadband fault that's been ongoing for a month its now been resolved. Sadly due to the large number of disconnects caused by the fault I want to make sure the line settings aren't been affected. Please could you reset the line for me.

Hi Joanne,
CRT coverage is somewhat thin at the moment. If you'd like to look at the speed issues thread and post all of the requested information, community members can advise if a reset would deliver benefit. Knowing that there is no need to wait for a CRT action which would not actually deliver a difference would avoid frustration.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
