I have been informed that I will be swiched to CN2 soon, how do I tell when this has happened ,my speed as recently increased after a bad period of slow speeds ,is there any way in which I can help to keep the new increased speeds. Ted.

That should have been 21CN,and yes I did get the E-mail ,but I just wondered if there was a way showing wheather yopu are on 21CN. Ted

For anyone else wondering what the date will be, about 2 weeks before the order is due to complete a ticket will get created on your account with the activation date. If the ticket isn't there yet then it will be more than 2 weeks in advance or for some reason there was a problem with the order and it was rejected, in which case nothing will change on your connection.
