CMCHEY Exchange 21CN question

Hey
My exchange is due for an upgrade to 21CN today on the 31st May 2012 according to information I've read.
Will my broadband connection be automatically upgraded to the new connection speed?
Currently on:
                                  Down      Up
Data rate(Kbps) 7488Kb 448Kb
Which I gather is fast enough to see a significant speed boost when ADSL2+ is available.
I am using the broadband extra package, which offers up to 16mb/s on the website so I assume this means when ADSL2+ is available it is offered for free on my package.

Welcome to the forum Gilanguar
When an exchange becomes enabled for 21CN Plusnet at some point places a bulk upgrade order for all their customers on that exchange.
However if a DC member sees this thread they may place a manual order for you.

Its rather annoying being stuck on 5-6mb/s when most people I know are rocking fiber connections anywhere from 20-100mb/s for the same price per month.
