CGI problem - difficulty getting response to Ticket ID: 22491535

Hello,
My CGI scripts have stopped working although I haven't changed them or the corresponding web forms.
I raised a ticket (ID: 22491535) at 11.45am Wednesday and got a reponse which did not solve the problem - the reply said that some file permissions had been changed. I provided more infromation but now I'm still waiting to get it solved.
The permissions on the cgi scripts now are different from those (740) recommended in the PN cgi guide.
In the meantime, my customers can't use the scripts and we are getting desperate!
Can someone at PN please help?

Thanks Chris, it's not long since we sent out a mailing to our customers and they are trying to access the scripts via the web forms.
They get a message saying "Forbidden: you do not have permission to access cgibin..." etc and they are upset because each person thinks it is just they who have been denied access.

I'm assured that the tickets in the specific pool yours is in are currently being worked on, so it shouldn't be long before they get to yours. I'll keep prodding and see if I can get them to do it asap.

One of the guys has sorted the second part of your ticket, he's taking another look at the script problem for you - looks like it could be a tough one!

Or not, he's sorted it I think.
I've just tested and got a page with Thank You on, rather than the errors from previously.
