Buffering and dropouts

Have been with Plusnet for ages with no problems. Over the last few days, have been experiencing buffering problems and dropouts - but only starts after about 10.30 at night, and can continue intermittently for a few hours. So far no issues at other times of day.

Sorry to hear you're having issues.

Our tests aren't finding any problems so we need a bit more information to investigate further.

Is this over a wired or wireless connection? If it's wireless can you try a wired connection to see if that improves things.
