Bt speedtester not working for me. :(

HI anything but,
I've just come off the phone and it's been raised to their 2nd line support team for further investigation. They have advised that there should be an update in 48 hours.

Can't see the graph, at work so viewing on the phone and it defaults to the wap site! I'll have a nose when I get home.

....One thing i did note,are these FEC/CRC/HEC errors high for 7 days uptime?
FEC:  491141344
CRC:  239
HEC:  1091

The actual speeds from the BT tester have always been a bit iffy but this is ridiculous!

Whatever it says I  check against TBB.

Hi anything but,
It looks like that issue has now been resolved. Our suppliers contacted me to say it's been fixed and I've just ran a test and it's now identifying your records. If you run a BT speed test you shouldn't see that message now.

Guess what....it`s back to not working! Is BT speedtester playing up or has my BB got it`s knickers in a twist again?

Bt Speedtest working fine here....although I can't vouch for the accuracy of it's results

No joy in chrome or i.e,router rebooted too. So i guess the gremlins have been busy  then.
