Broken router

Watched videos tried resetting etc.....red light on power no other lights please help I have work to do and need internet 😡

Do you have a working landline phone? It could be a router fault but it's more likely to be somewhere in the BT infrastructure. You might be wise making other plans regarding your urgent work. I would try contacting Plusnet and see if your broadband is dead from their end.

It sounds like your router has developed a fault. I believe you've contacted our support team, we've sent you out an updated router and you're now back online.
