The power supply adapter lead for my Thomson TG585 version 7 router supplied by Plusnet has become loose resulting in my router power cutting off. I have tried to find a replacement but the connector looks different to power adapters I have come across.
The power adapter is made by OEM, model no: ADSI 26-X220055.
Please let me know where I can get a replacement.
Thanks.

Hi there,
You could try Technicolor directly but to be honest I'd doubt it as I believe they stopped producing the TG585 V7 a while ago.
We can provide you with a new TG582n for a postage and packing fee of £5.99, we'd just ask you to pay for the router in full (an additional £40) if you were to leave within 12 months after that.
