can anyone tell me how i find out when my broadband contract is up? i think i signed up for the 12 month with free box deal, but cant remeber? i need to cancel as i am selling my flat and moving back home.

You could look in the 'My Questions' section of the Member centre. Select 'Closed Questions', somewhere near the bottom will be a service notice which tells you when your broadband was activated.
Aternatively the 'Account Transactions' under Account Details will tell you when payments were made. The first payment will be your initial subscription plus p&p for the router, the next one will be one month from your activation date.

Hey Dorme,
From what I can tell (and I've looked through your last 12 months of tickets), you weren't on an annual contract, so you would just need to give 30 days notice, which you've done by raising a ticket.
