Broadband

It’s the first time I have used plusnet as a broadband provider I’m on fibre and we as a house hold can only use one devise at a time , if anybody else uses there devise we are all knocked off and waiting for the search spinning circle to finish so all of us turn our devises off to let the one use her devise it’s absolutely shocking the service I am getting and will not be returning when my contract is up rant over

That doesn't sound right.
Are all the DEVICES connecting via wifi?
Can you re position the router?
Is it near some other gizmo that may be interfering eg cordless phone?
Is your router a HubOne?; if so try giving the 5ghz channel a
different SSID to see if that improves things.
Lastly, d/load a wifi analyser programme, so you can see which are the most used
frequencies in your vicinity; then adjust your router to use the least used channels.
