Broadband

My broadband went down this afternoon I followed the online steps of trouble shooting and had to use and old box,the yellow lights are now all on and my phone keeps picking up and dropping the wifi.It says it could take 3 days to be back to normal.When I go on my PC a plusnet message come up saying broadband set up and a loading bar which says please wait,iv been on this now for an hour does anyone know if this is normal?Thanks

Have you re-booted the router?   have you checked your connection Icon to see if your router is broadcasting it`s i.d for you to pick up...

you may find this has been moved to another board ....
