Hi, I've been waiting for my direct debit to go out all week so the broadband will come back on and today it was paid, and the internet is still not working. I was just wondering if it could possibly be turned back on tonight? Thanks.
Hi there, I'm afraid it's stuck like that until the payment goes through, though it ought to have been accepted by now - I'd say give your bank a call and ask if there's any issues with it? Really sorry about the hassle with this one.
