Broadband very slow

Hi
My broadband has been working great but since BT have been driving up and down the road for the last 2 weeks pulling at cables and cutting branches the internet is barely usable.

Please can you check this out for me.
I have tried to change to a business Broadband but for some reason thats not working on the plusnet website.
Please can you check this out for me

Hi chris2005,
I've done some basic tests on your line but I haven't been able to find any obvious fault.
If you've already tried a wired connection (just to rule our wireless problems), could you please visit the Wholesale speed test site and provide us with the results. This site gives us a little bit more information which may help us to resolve this issue for you.
Our support team will pick up your ticket to change account type, but if you could amend it with the specific account you wish to change to, it will help them. Thanks.

Everything seems OK now after a reboot.

The broadband today is barely usable again and constantly dropping out.
I've had no answer to my ticket to upgrade to a business package.

I need this asap as I'm trying to run  a business.

Hi Chris,
I've just looked into the speed issue and can see the line profile is set a little lower than usual at the moment. Keeping in mind that the line is stable I've submitted an SNR reset. That hopefully should lead to some improvement in the next 24hrs. Please do post back here if they do.
Regarding the change of account type, I'm picking that up too whilst I'm working on your account
