Broadband very slow and keeps dropping

Over the past few weeks my broadband speed has slowed right down and now is so slow i can't watch watch streaming tv or work from home. It drops regularly too, many many times a times a day. Can anything be done to resolve this please?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your connection.

I can see that you've contacted us this morning and we've found an external fault on the phone line which will most likely be the cause of your broadband issues.

If you're still having issues after the phone line fault is resolved let us know
