Hi, my broadband usage was supposed to reset on the 28th August, but it is telling me Im new or haven't used anything yet, both clearly wrong, can someone sort this for me please.
It actually stopped working a few days before the 28th and I thought it would reset normally on the 28th, but it hasn't.
The same thing happened months ago and it didn't reset until the next months reset came around.
