Can one access detailed broadband usage for the month preceding the current month? If so, I can’t find the mechanism for doing this. Advice gratefully received.

I don't think that information has ever been available, and as of some point late last year, even current usage is not available if you on an unlimited package.

Didn't know that, @Strat - all I know is I haven't seen anything since late October, but I am on the 'new' network, if that makes any difference.

I'm on the new network and was on gateway pcn-bng03
I hopped to gateway psb-bng02 and started getting usage records.

@Strat- thanks for that info, IF I change gateways, I'll see if mine start to appear, but I'm not that bothered - I log my own usuage anyway, just out of interest.

Despite being with PlusNet for a decade I remain a technical retard. Would you kindly answer these questions:
1 What is a gateway?
2 How do I find what gateway I'm on?
3 How do I change the gateway I'm on – assuming there are advantages in so doing?

- A gateway is the device that your router logins into so that you can have internet access. (Your router stores the your username/password for this to happen)
- You can find out your gateway at http://users.plus.net/@gateway/ (There are multiple ones to spread the load)
- Sometimes an individual gateway has issues so changing is
- Log onto your router
- In the status page, click on the disconnect button
- Wait a minute
- Click on the connect button
