Broadband unstable

My connection has become unstable recently. Speed drops until it is bearly useable, but restarting the router only fixes it temporarily. And I have to keep doing this all day to restore the connection.

The connection is wired to the master socket. Please do a test on your end and perhaps boost the signal.

Thanks.

Re: Broadband unstable

I've been having the same problem since my service was set up 10 days ago. Sad

Re: Broadband unstable

Fix

Hey @nakoruru,

Thanks for reaching us here and apologies for the delay in response.

On testing your service there are quite a few drops in connection, I've changed some settings on the sound to noise ratio on our suppliers side - it takes about 24 hours to complete. Should you notice further issues after Monday I'd suggest raising a fault here and our faults team will get in touch.

@unpleased, I'm unable to find any accounts from the info on your profile - please provide your account username via PM  along with a summary of the issues you are facing and if it's over a wired or wireless connection. Give us a nudge here once done & we can go from there.

Thanks.

Re: Broadband unstable

@Mads

FYI = SNR = Signal to Noise Ratio NOT Sound to Noise Ratio'
